For all general repairs & maintenance complete a repair request form and we will attend to all repairs as promptly as possible however, in some instances it will be necessary to obtain the landlord's approval on quotes before any work can commence.

For emergency repairs please contact your property manager promptly by phone on (02) 9552 4888 during business hours.
No property repairs should be instigated by a tenant unless there is a genuine emergency problem which occurs outside of office hours
